All watches sold by Hour Lab PH come with the original manufacturer's warranty, if still valid. If the brand warranty is no longer applicable, we offer a 1-month free service warranty from the date of purchase. This covers minor repairs and adjustments due to manufacturing or movement-related issues.

After the 1-month period, we continue to support our customers by offering fast-turnaround service and repairs at discounted rates exclusively available to Hour Lab PH clients. These services will be quoted based on the issue and remain more affordable than standard service rates outside our store.

We’re here to help you keep your timepiece running smoothly, even beyond the box.

• Non-mechanical issues (e.g. cosmetic wear, strap damage, water damage, battery depletion, etc.) are not covered by either the in-house warranty or the manufacturer’s warranty.

• Warranty is void if the watch has undergone unauthorized part replacements, modifications, or service outside of Hour Lab PH.

• Warranty is non-transferable and applies only to the original purchaser.
